Michael's Notes
The D Celtic remains one of my favorite scales to build because of its versatility and emotional range. Every note has a purpose, and the relationships between them create a natural musical conversation.

When tuning a D Celtic, I'm listening for smooth tansitions, rich sustain, and a voice that feels effortless beneath the hands. It's a scale that rewards both simplicity and depth, making it one I return to again and agin.
​
My goal with every Mountain Man Handpan is to create an instrument that becomes a lifelong companion rather than simply an object to own.
